As you have all witnessed "OUR HIGH VOLUME OF SUPPLIES" there are also rare instances that a product may have been incorrectly manufactured and if in any case that some "Testers" are with PROVEN "Factory Defect" such as:

- Resellers are advised to sell the perfumes from Php 1,000-1,400 only. We will not entertain returns/replacements if there will be PACKAGING ISSUES most especially if the reseller is selling the perfume from Php 1,401 up.

- Kindly allow us 1-2 days lead time in sending the replacement bottle right after we receive your sent bottle for dispute.
- Kindly send actual and clear pics of item subject for dispute via FB Messenger, Insta DM or Viber.
- If complaint is proven invalid, we will return the item to the shipper and he/she will pay corresponding fees.
